We will soon introduce returns, which you may never need, so more new customers can feel confident and relaxed, to purchase and reap the benefits of natural and pure essential oils, through our every batch.

Please be confident in our measures of authentic and reliable sourcing, and appropriate international testing protocols to guarantee the purity of our Essential Oils. We are uncompromisingly selective in our batches of small lots to ensure the conformity of potency and purity levels. Apart from in-house testing, as per our SOP we also conduct reliable third-party tests for the batches to ensure quality conformity. And nevertheless, our customer transparency protocol to share the test reports with our customers. So, you can be rest assured, to trust us, to make your first purchase.


Once our products are available for purchase on this website, our return conditions will follow as below:

Our returns and exchange policy would last for 15 days after delivery, after which the return window would close. For a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all the original packaging.
